Do you work in factual TV production in Canada? We invite you to join with your industry colleagues to improve working conditions and safety, and help make this a sustainable industry.

We are meeting with producers, government and regulators to make sure we all enjoy safe work, dignity and respect, better working standards and access to benefits. We hope to negotiate a framework that sets requirements for contracts with factual production companies. This is the best way to ensure fairness across the industry. Basic fairness for workers and for production companies, so that we can put an end to the race to the bottom that we’re feeling in the industry.
