Shooting the Messenger: a survey on credibility attacks against reporters

The Global Reporting Centre and the Committee to Protect Journalists launched a global survey to investigate the impact of disinformation and harassment targeting journalists.

CMG is an advocate for stronger protection of journalists with employers and governments. As such, it strongly encourages all its members working as journalists to participate in the survey, since the data it will gather will better support CMG’s advocacy work.

You can access the survey here: https://globalreportingcentre.org/news/discrediting-journalists-survey

The survey is available in English, French, Hindi, Portuguese and Spanish. Journalists over 18 years old can participate, whether they have been targets of credibility attacks or harassment themselves. The responses will be kept confidential. Completing the survey should take approximately 20 minutes.

Thank you in advance for your participation.
