Dear CMG members at CP,

Your CP Branch executive would like to hear from you on your experience as we return to the office. We have been raising this topic at the CP-Guild meetings because we have heard your concerns. The employer has expressed an openness to listening and working with us on what could constitute an adequate hybrid model. We agreed that we needed to experience the return to the office in order to provide meaningful feedback. Everyone’s input is therefore important.

Please take a few moments to fill out the CMG Survey on returning to the office at The Canadian Press (the link was emailed to you) – by Wednesday, April 6 at noon. Survey results will be kept confidential and any personal information will be removed from the data set. The findings will help provide a good read of the situation, and support our position in discussions with CP.
