The Canadian Media Guild has learned that some of our members have been called to individual meetings with their supervisor to discuss the Job Evaluation challenge they’ve filed.

The Guild urges members to respectfully decline any such meeting. We note that the CBC-CMG Job Evaluation challenge process makes no provision for individual meetings between managers and employees after challenges have been filed. Beforehand, yes; afterwards, no.
