Supporting CMG members working at the 2016 Rio Olympics

Over the last few months leading into the Rio 2016 Olympics, CMG has been working with CBC/Radio-Canada to pro-actively develop guidelines to support CMG members working at the Games.

The guidelines are meant to facilitate a harmonious  working environment where supervisors, colleagues and managers have clear expectations, and paths to quick resolutions if conflicts arise.

As always our goal is to ensure CMG members are protected from harassment, undue stress, or inappropriate behaviour.

If you have questions or need help in Rio please follow this protocol:  http://www.cmg.ca/en/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Appendix-A-D.pdf.
