The Guild’s executive committee at CBC is pleased to announce that Pam Petrin and Turk Chan have been appointed to the union’s National Grievance Committee.

Pam is a producer in Edmonton and has been involved for five years in her Guild location unit executive. Turk is a technician in Yellowknife who has advocated for
Guild members in the North and is also co-founder of BritishHongKong, a human rights organization that advocates for British nationals of all races who hail from Hong Kong.

The Guild would like to thank all of the members who put their names forward. It was a very strong field of candidates.

The grievance committee will meet next in September.
