The Guild has put together a survey to get members’ thoughts on shift differentials at CP in preparation for a joint committee examination of the issue. We want to know your priorities for making the system work better.

The system in place provides premiums to employees who work night and weekend shifts. The Guild and CP management have agreed to try to rationalize it. The Guild’s approach is to ensure fair and appropriate compensation for work that takes a toll on health and family and social life.
