Members of the Canadian Media Guild’s editorial unit at APTN will vote by phone on Wednesday February 28 on the tentative agreement reached this weekend with APTN management.

CMG members will have the opportunity to ask questions about the deal during a telephone conference with their bargaining committee on Tuesday February 27 at 8 pm Eastern. Details on how to participate in the call will follow shortly.

The February 28 ratification vote for members of the editorial unit will take place by phone between 9:30 am ET and 7 pm ET. To vote, call the office at 1-800-465-4149. A Guild representative will verify your identity, and you will be transferred to another Guild employee who will record your vote. This is done to ensure the anonymity of your vote.

You will be asked to answer the following question: “Do you ratify the memorandum of agreement between the Canadian Media Guild and APTN?”
