We have two days of bargaining scheduled for Monday, Oct. 2 and Tuesday, Oct. 3 next week.
 
We will again be pushing hard on the key issues particularly:
   • Fair wages (including a wage scale that recognizes everyone’s value and service to the company)
   • Fair and adequate pension contributions and benefits for everyone
   • An appropriate length for the agreement

We expect that next week’s bargaining will bring us to a crossroads.  That’s where you come in.

We need to hear your thoughts on what management is offering and about what our next steps should be. 
 
After discussion, we will hold a vote on these issues.
 
Please plan to attend one of the following four meetings that we have arranged to try to accommodate our different schedules. 
 
All of these meetings will take place in the private meeting room at Against the Grain (on the main floor of the Corus building):

Wednesday, October 4
12 pm to 1 pm
3:15 pm to 4 pm
6:15 pm to 7:45 pm
