After a day of continued talks with TVO management, we have come to the conclusion that we will not get a new Collective Agreement unless we apply for conciliation through the Ministry of Labour. TVO Management is still not willing to do the right thing and treat our members fairly.

We are unlikely to meet again with the company and the conciliation officer until the New Year. We plan to hold another membership meeting in January to keep you apprised of our strategy going forward, and how you can keep the issues alive in the workplace.

We continue in the process to bring you a fair deal. We want everyone to enjoy the upcoming festive season and we will get back to work for you in early January 2016.
