Our bargaining committee would like to announce that CMG members at Thomson Reuters voted overwhelmingly (100%) in favour of the agreement between the union and the company that was signed April 27, 2018.

The major gains of the agreement include a 8.6% in salary increases over the life of the three-year deal; a new generous agreement for journalists who take voluntary on-call rotations; as well as clarity around Performance Improvement Plans.     

We will now start the process of editing the collective agreement, and the full document will be available to you on the CMG website and in print.
