Last week, your CMG bargaining committee had two days of very useful and progressive talks with TVO management toward a new Collective Agreement. We have reached settlement on all non-monetary issues and are now proceeding into monetary matters.

We have commitment for meeting dates at the beginning of December, and will keep you informed on how our discussions evolve. We remain optimistic that we will reach agreement on the most important issues that you have raised and will continue to work with management to achieve these goals.
