The two sides met over the weekend and signed the article related to general salary provisions and agreed to refer on-call premiums to a committee for resolution within 120 days of ratification of the new collective agreement.

The committees also discussed issues related to layoff and recall. Those discussions are expected to continue this afternoon. This morning, the two sides discussed freelancers.
