The vote is in! 100% of the members who participated in last week’s ratification vote approved the deal between CMG and ZoomerMedia.

The three-year deal is effective September 1, 2013 and runs until August 31, 2016.

Management has told CMG that the payment on the retroactive wage increases will be in your February 28 deposit. Members getting an individual salary adjustment will receive a personal letter from management with the details. That salary adjustment is retroactive to January 1, 2014. The rest of the members will get a 2% increase dating back to September 1, 2013. These payments will be made in a lump sum.

Thanks to all members for your support during negotiations and to everyone who came out to vote. We will distribute the new collective agreements as soon as they are printed.
