Dear CMG Convention delegate,
This year’s CMG Convention is being held virtually on a platform called Whova and with Zoom Meeting.
You will be getting a welcome message this week with information on accessing the Whova platform. It is highly recommended that you use your computer to attend the convention. Phones and tablets should be avoided, if at all possible, because you will need to see the documents you’re voting on.
Convention information and delegate resources are also available here: https://www.cmg.ca/en/category/convention-2021/
Attend a 30-minute practice session
Ahead of the virtual convention, we are offering three brief practice sessions where you can learn how to use Whova and make sure you’re able to vote during the convention.
Monday, June 7 from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. EDT
Tuesday, June 8 from 4 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT
Wednesday, June 9 from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. EDT (French-speaking person will be available for this session)
The content in each session is the same. We will be able to take time at the end to help those who need a bit of extra technical support.
Please join the practice session of your choice via the link that was emailed to you.
