These delegates from four (4) CMG branches will represent CMG at the CWA Canada National Representative Council meeting in April, the NewsGuild-CWA Sector Conference in July, and the Communications Workers of America (CWA) Convention also in July. Reports on these conventions will be provided to CMG members.
These conventions connect us to fellow union members across North America, including other journalists and media workers, and provide an opportunity to share information, build solidarity, and strategize on matters of mutual concern. The convention is also an important venue for the governance of our international union.
Their term ends December 31, 2024.
