Propose resolutions or bylaw amendments – 2021 CMG VIRTUAL Convention

This year for the first time, the CMG will hold a virtual convention on June 11-12.  Interested members from across the country will have the opportunity to attend -virtually- to review the CMG’s progress and help set priorities going forward.

In order to facilitate this much smaller convention, the CMG has had to modify its normal process. Due to the challenging logistics of holding our first virtual gathering, the National Executive Committee (NEC) has voted on a change to the standard process: for this virtual convention, resolutions cannot be submitted during the convention itself. Only resolutions received by the noted deadline will be considered.

Any CMG member in good standing who wishes to do so is invited to put forward a resolution or bylaw amendment.

Please see current CMG Bylaws; CBC Branch bylaws; TFO Branch bylaws.

All proposed resolutions or amendments to the bylaws must be submitted by Monday, April 12, 2021 at 5 p.m. ET
