At of the close of the extended nomination period, no candidates had been nominated to the position of President of the CMG’s Freelance Branch.

Consequently, there will be no by-election and the remaining members of the branch executive will share the duties of the office until the end of the term in December 2007. Amy Jo Ehman will continue in her role as Acting President.
