Charmaine Straker has been elected as the Secretary-Treasurer, APTN Branch, Canadian Media Guild (CMG) in the by-election held April 13 -17.

With 30 ballots cast, Charmaine obtained 18 votes (60.0%), and Jesse Andrushko received 12 votes (40.0%).

Charmaine is elected to serve as Secretary-Treasurer, APTN Branch for the current term which ends in December 2025. She joins President Bruce Spence and Vice-President Dennis Rondeau on the Branch Executive.
