Nominations for CBC Branch VP position now open

Natalie Clancy has resigned as Vice-President of the CBC Branch, and this creates a vacancy to be filled on the Branch Executive Council. We are now accepting nominations for the position of CMG VP at CBC.

The successful candidate will be elected to serve until the current term ends in December 2019.

All members in good standing of the CBC Branch are eligible to be nominated for Vice-President. The duties are outlined under Article 6.3 b) of the CBC Branch Bylaws.

The deadline for receipt of completed application forms is Thursday, October 26 at 5 p.m. ET.  The dates for any necessary elections will be set following the close of nominations.

It is with mixed feelings that I am writing to inform you of my resignation as your Vice-President of the CBC Branch.

My family is relocating to Halifax.

It has been a privilege to serve you and to work with such a dedicated and talented group of people. You, CMG members are CBC’s most valuable asset and I will continue to cheer you on…from a distance.
