It is with great pleasure that I introduce to you Michelle Smith as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Alliance Atlantis union executive.

The executive arrived at this decision after Trish Teves (promoted to supervisor … congratulations!) and Joanne Pak withdrew from the election. This post comes with a lot of responsibility, and we know Michelle is up for it.

In the coming weeks, we will be talking with you to see what issues are of most concern. I would also like to ask anyone interested in becoming a steward to please step forward. This will greatly enhance our ability to better serve you.

This is an exciting time for us to make a positive contribution to our work environment. I look forward to hearing all your suggestions.
