Participants at this spring’s Workers of Colour/Aboriginal Workers conference last May in Toronto talked about how manufacturing jobs are shifting to low-wage, high-exploitation areas of the world and what that means for workers and communities in Canada … and for workers and communities in the places where the jobs are going.
