{"id":11731,"date":"2011-06-22T00:57:11","date_gmt":"2011-06-22T00:57:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/robertballantyne.com\/cmg\/?page_id=11731"},"modified":"2023-07-07T11:02:45","modified_gmt":"2023-07-07T15:02:45","slug":"politique-de-la-gcm-remplacement-du-revenu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/politique-de-la-gcm-remplacement-du-revenu\/","title":{"rendered":"Politique de la GCM : Remplacement de revenu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Propos\u00e9e le 17 mai 2000.<br>Adopt\u00e9e le 14 janvier 2001 par le Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif national <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette politique s\u2019applique aux pigistes et aux autres membres de la Guilde canadienne des m\u00e9dias (GCM) non inscrits sur une liste de paie ordinaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la GCM est un organisme dont la gestion est assur\u00e9e par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles et rien dans la pr\u00e9sente politique ne doit d\u00e9roger \u00e0 ce principe. Toutefois, certains projets et situations exigent que les membres s\u2019absentent parfois de leur travail. Dans ces cas-l\u00e0, la GCM a pour politique de remplacer le revenu ainsi perdu (si l\u2019employeur ne verse pas de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration), de sorte qu\u2019aucun membre ne subisse de perte mon\u00e9taire parce qu\u2019il exerce de telles activit\u00e9s au nom de la Guilde. De m\u00eame, aucun membre ne doit enregistrer de gain financier en raison d\u2019un tel remplacement du revenu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e9sente politique s\u2019applique aux membres de la Guilde non inscrits sur la liste de paie ordinaire de l\u2019employeur (p. ex., les pigistes et certains employ\u00e9s contractuels) lorsqu\u2019ils :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. si\u00e8gent \u00e0 des comit\u00e9s (comme les comit\u00e9s de n\u00e9gociation et les comit\u00e9s des griefs nationaux) pour lesquels l\u2019employeur verse une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration ou la Guilde paie un revenu de remplacement;<br>2. accomplissent de temps \u00e0 autre un travail autoris\u00e9 par le comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif national ou le comit\u00e9 de gestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le principe directeur veut que ces membres puissent toucher un revenu de remplacement de la Guilde lorsqu\u2019ils participent \u00e0 un projet pour lequel d\u2019autres membres qui sont des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein touchent une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de l\u2019employeur ou un revenu de remplacement de la Guilde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Calcul du revenu de remplacement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les membres qui sont des employ\u00e9s ou des contractuels lors du projet, et pour lesquels l\u2019employeur ne verse pas de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration pour leur absence du travail, pour quelque raison que ce soit, toucheront un revenu de remplacement en fonction du salaire appropri\u00e9 ou du taux quotidien au prorata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les membres qui ne sont pas des employ\u00e9s ou des contractuels actifs lors du projet seront r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s en fonction du salaire ou du taux quotidien au prorata de leur dernier emploi ou contrat. Cette r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sera calcul\u00e9e selon la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e des options suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. ceux qui ont travaill\u00e9 au cours des 12 derniers mois seront r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s en fonction du salaire ou du taux quotidien au prorata de leur dernier emploi ou contrat, ou<br>2. ceux qui n\u2019ont pas travaill\u00e9 au cours des 12 derniers mois en raison d\u2019un cong\u00e9 l\u00e9gitime (p. ex., invalidit\u00e9, aide familiale, \u00e9tudes, cong\u00e9 sabbatique) toucheront une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la formule pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente rajust\u00e9e pour tenir compte de toute hausse g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en vertu d\u2019une convention collective.<br>3. Si l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre des options a) ou b) donne un r\u00e9sultat, et que le membre peut d\u00e9montrer que ce r\u00e9sultat est consid\u00e9rablement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 sa r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration habituelle relevant de la comp\u00e9tence de la GCM, il peut fournir de la documentation qui sera examin\u00e9e en vue de d\u00e9terminer si un montant sup\u00e9rieur devrait \u00eatre vers\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nonobstant toute autre disposition de la pr\u00e9sente politique, le taux horaire minimum de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sera de 10 $ l\u2019heure. [Remarque : Lorsque le comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif national a approuv\u00e9 le revenu de remplacement pour la campagne \u00ab PACT \u00bb, le taux plancher a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 \u00e0 10 $ l\u2019heure. Le principe d\u2019un taux minimum sera maintenu.]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans tous les cas, le tr\u00e9sorier doit approuver le taux de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration avant l\u2019accomplissement d\u2019un travail quelconque. Il faut fournir des pi\u00e8ces justificatives [relev\u00e9s de paie ou contrats].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il incombera enti\u00e8rement aux membres qui re\u00e7oivent un revenu de remplacement en vertu de la pr\u00e9sente politique de verser tous imp\u00f4ts, cotisations au RPC, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aucun membre admissible \u00e0 un revenu de remplacement en vertu de la pr\u00e9sente politique ne peut toucher plus de cinq jours de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration au cours de toute p\u00e9riode de sept jours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform\u00e9ment aux conventions collectives qui comprennent des dispositions stipulant que l\u2019employeur doit verser une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration aux membres qui participent \u00e0 certaines t\u00e2ches pr\u00e9cises (p. ex., comit\u00e9s de n\u00e9gociation et comit\u00e9s des griefs), la Guilde exhortera ces employeurs \u00e0 honorer la pr\u00e9sente politique et \u00e0 verser le revenu de remplacement aux membres pigistes qui repr\u00e9sentent la GCM aux comit\u00e9s de
