L&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la Guilde en tant que syndicat s&rsquo;appuie sur une communication et des discussions bilat\u00e9rales entre les dirigeant-e-s \u00e9lu-e-s et le personnel, afin d&rsquo;assurer que les objectifs soient compris et atteints. Chacun d&rsquo;entre nous a un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer au sein de l&rsquo;organisation; ce r\u00f4le ne devrait cependant pas \u00eatre exerc\u00e9 en vase clos. Il est tout \u00e0 fait attendu que les dirigeant-e-s politiques de la Guilde accorderont un grand int\u00e9r\u00eat au point de vue des employ\u00e9-e-s du syndicat, qui cumulent exp\u00e9rience et comp\u00e9tences. \u00c0 leur tour, ces m\u00eames employ\u00e9-e-s se r\u00e9jouissent d&rsquo;avoir l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;amorcer des discussions pertinentes avec les dirigeant-e-s \u00e9lu-e-s. Le fait de mieux comprendre le travail accompli par chacun-e favorise la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau solide en mesure d&rsquo;offrir soutien et assistance au besoin. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00f4les<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le-la directeur-trice g\u00e9n\u00e9ral-e&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Encadre les activit\u00e9s des tout le personnel ;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Prodigue des conseils au Comit\u00e9 de gestion et au Comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif national&nbsp;(CEN);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Est habilit\u00e9-e \u00e0 conclure des ententes ayant force ex\u00e9cutoire au nom du syndicat, sur approbation pr\u00e9alable du Comit\u00e9 de gestion et du CEN&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Est responsable du fonctionnement de la Guilde au quotidien, ce qui implique la supervision des activit\u00e9s de tout le personnel ainsi que de tous les projets en cours&nbsp;;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Est charg\u00e9-e de la mise en \u0153uvre des projets propos\u00e9s par le Comit\u00e9 de gestion ou le CEN&nbsp;;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Est soumis-e \u00e0 l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du-de la pr\u00e9sident-e de la Guilde, conform\u00e9ment aux Statuts et r\u00e8glements du syndicat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">Le- la pr\u00e9sident-e national-e<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Encadre les activit\u00e9s du personnel ;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Exerce un contr\u00f4le sur le fonctionnement de la Guilde ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Exerce un contr\u00f4le sur les orientations politiques de la Guilde ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; A comp\u00e9tence sur la gestion du personnel<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Apr\u00e8s consultation aupr\u00e8s des autres dirigeant-e-s \u00e9lu-e-s ainsi que du personnel, \u00e9labore les strat\u00e9gies pour le d\u00e9veloppement du syndicat<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Porte-parole du syndicat en ce qui a trait aux enjeux nationaux, de concert avec le-la pr\u00e9sident-e et le personnel de la sous-section pertinente<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; A l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de conclure des ententes ayant force ex\u00e9cutoire au nom du syndicat.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">les pr\u00e9sident-e-s et directeurs-trices des sous-sections et des unit\u00e9s locales<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Les \u00e9lu-e-s des sous-sections ont comp\u00e9tence ultime en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9cisions portant sur tout enjeu propre aux dites sous-sections<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; \u00c9tablissent les priorit\u00e9s et d\u00e9finissent la position du syndicat en ce qui a trait aux questions li\u00e9es au milieu de travail de leur sous-section<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; En ce qui a trait aux enjeux touchant une sous-section ou unit\u00e9 locale, le repr\u00e9sentant du personnel devra travailler en collaboration avec le directeur de ladite sous-section ou unit\u00e9 locale. Si la sous-section\/l&rsquo;uni\u00e9 local-e et le-la conseiller-\u00e8re syndical-e ne parviennent pas \u00e0 s&rsquo;entendre, la situation doit \u00eatre port\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;attention du-de la directeur-trice g\u00e9n\u00e9ral-e. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Peut conclure des ententes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon local portant sur des enjeux qui n&rsquo;affectent pas la nature ou l&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation de la convention collective, dans la mesure o\u00f9 lesdites ententes sont conclues en collaboration avec un-e conseiller-\u00e8re syndical-e.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">Le personnel&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Joue un r\u00f4le de conseiller-\u00e8re aupr\u00e8s des dirigeant-e-s politiques \u00e0 tous les niveaux<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Principal-e responsable de l&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation et de l&rsquo;administration de la convention collective pour la Guilde, en collaboration avec les dirigeant-e-s \u00e9lu-e-s appropri\u00e9-e-s<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Doit conna\u00eetre et anticiper la position du syndicat face \u00e0 divers enjeux \u00e9mergents en milieu de travail<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Appuie, encourage, guide et assiste les dirigeant-e-s nationaux-les, de sous-sections et d&rsquo;unit\u00e9s locales dans l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution de leur mandat<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; \u00c9tablit des relations constructives avec les employeurs; principal contact aupr\u00e8s des services des ressources humaines et des relations industrielles de nos employeurs<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Conclut des ententes ayant force ex\u00e9cutoire au nom du syndicat apr\u00e8s avoir consult\u00e9 les leaders politiques appropri\u00e9s au cours du processus d\u00e9cisionnel, lorsque a) il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une situation sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent; b) la situation peut avoir un impact sur un groupe de membres; ou c) la situation vient modifier le statu quo<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS';\">&#8211; Prend part aux n\u00e9gociations de conventions collectives lorsque la t\u00e2che lui est assign\u00e9e, tout en assurant un taux optimal de participation des membres.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
