Les cong\u00e9s sont accord\u00e9s \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion de la direction ou des superviseurs sur la base d\u2019une juste \u00e9valuation des circonstances justifiant la demande.<\/span>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Les cong\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre accord\u00e9s par votre superviseur\/chef de service<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Les cong\u00e9s peuvent varier en dur\u00e9e, selon la situation<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Les cong\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre pay\u00e9s en tout ou en partie \u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Les cong\u00e9s de deuil peuvent \u00eatre prolong\u00e9s par un cong\u00e9 familial \u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Toute demande de cong\u00e9 familial doit \u00eatre faite par l\u2019employ\u00e9 \u00e0 son superviseur en personne ou, si n\u00e9cessaire, par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Le superviseur prendra une d\u00e9cision sur la demande apr\u00e8s consultation avec le personnel des Ressources humaines.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Dans les cas d\u2019urgence, lorsque le cong\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire imm\u00e9diatement, le superviseur peut l\u2019autoriser et consulter les RH par la suite pour d\u00e9terminer si le cong\u00e9 sera pay\u00e9 ou non.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">\u00c0 l\u2019appui de sa d\u00e9cision sur la demande, la compagnie examinera certains facteurs et circonstances, comprenant\u00a0:<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">1.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Les d\u00e9cisions concernant des demandes pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes de nature similaire<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">2.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Le dossier d\u2019assiduit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l\u2019employ\u00e9<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">3.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Si l\u2019employ\u00e9 a du temps de vacances, du temps accumul\u00e9 ou des cong\u00e9s mobiles \u00e0 prendre<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Tout autre facteur et circonstance pertinents<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Les Ressources humaines garderont un dossier de toutes les demandes de cong\u00e9 familial en vertu de cette politique et de toutes les d\u00e9cisions.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Le cong\u00e9 familial vise \u00e0 suppl\u00e9er \u00e0 \u2026<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">des situations o\u00f9 il existe un attachement \u00e9motionnel et o\u00f9 une certaine forme d\u2019appui de l\u2019employ\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire.<br \/>\nExemples: Accompagner un parent ou un conjoint \u00e0 un rendez-vous m\u00e9dical important, prendre soin d\u2019un enfant malade, etc. (voir ci-dessous)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">des urgences personnelles impr\u00e9vues.<br \/>\nExemples: Nettoyer un sous-sol inond\u00e9, accueillir un technicien pour la r\u00e9paration d\u2019un appareil de chauffage, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Le cong\u00e9 familial NE vise PAS \u00e0 suppl\u00e9er \u00e0 . . .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">des situations courantes de la vie pour lesquelles les employ\u00e9s doivent prendre des arrangements sans le soutien de la compagnie.<br \/>\nExemples: R\u00e9paration de voiture, livraison de mobilier, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">des situations continues ou \u00e0 long terme.<br \/>\nExemples: le\u00e7ons de piano, entra\u00eenement de soccer, maladie grave, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Les cong\u00e9s familiaux sont essentiellement \u00e0 court terme et devraient normalement couvrir une p\u00e9riode allant de quelques heures \u00e0 quelques jours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">Le temps de cong\u00e9 accord\u00e9 en vertu de cette politique ne sera pas pay\u00e9 automatiquement par la compagnie. En fonction de la nature de la demande et des circonstances sp\u00e9cifiques, la compagnie peut accorder un cong\u00e9 mais demander qu\u2019il soit pris en partie ou en totalit\u00e9 par du temps de vacances, du temps accumul\u00e9 ou des cong\u00e9s mobiles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">On s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce que tous les employ\u00e9s qui ont une jeune famille aient acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des arrangements de garde d\u2019enfants. Il n\u2019est pas r\u00e9aliste ni raisonnable de toujours compter sur la compagnie pour les probl\u00e8mes relatifs aux enfants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, on s\u2019attend \u00e0 ce que les employ\u00e9s fassent tout ce qui est possible pour prendre leurs rendez-vous m\u00e9dicaux et dentaires en dehors des heures normales de travail. M\u00eame s\u2019il peut \u00eatre difficile d\u2019obtenir un rendez-vous avec certains sp\u00e9cialistes \u00e0 des heures qui n\u2019interf\u00e8rent pas avec le travail, la plupart des dentistes et m\u00e9decins de pratique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale offrent un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019heures de bureau pour prendre rendez-vous.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\">La politique de cong\u00e9 familial ne remplace pas le cong\u00e9 de deuil, qui s\u2019applique apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s d\u2019un conjoint, d\u2019un enfant, d\u2019un parent, d\u2019un fr\u00e8re ou d\u2019une s\u0153ur et de beaux-parents (article 8).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS'\"><em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
