Une autre augmentation de 2% suivra le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2006 au plus tard (plus de d\u00e9tails ci-dessous). <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tLa r\u00e9duction salariale prend fin tel que pr\u00e9vu le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2005. Cela veut dire que le montant de votre paie augmentera de 4% au d\u00e9but de 2006. <\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tTous les employ\u00e9s permanents \u00e0 temps plein au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2005 auront deux journ\u00e9es de cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9es de plus en 2006 en reconnaissance de leur contribution en 2005. <\/p>\n<p>Nous estimons que cette entente reconna\u00eet l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la situation financi\u00e8re de la PC et le besoin des employ\u00e9s de ne pas voir les salaires prendre encore plus de retard sur ceux des autres employ\u00e9s du secteur des m\u00e9dias au Canada. Elle reconna\u00eet \u00e9galement la difficult\u00e9 courante cr\u00e9\u00e9e par les versements sp\u00e9ciaux pay\u00e9s au r\u00e9gime de retraite de la PC. <\/p>\n<p>Il est possible que ces versements soient r\u00e9duits en 2006; par cons\u00e9quent, nous avons n\u00e9goci\u00e9 un moyen de faire profiter les employ\u00e9s d\u2019une telle r\u00e9duction, si elle a lieu. L\u2019augmentation de 2% pr\u00e9vue pour la fin de 2006 serait r\u00e9troactive \u00e0 la date de la r\u00e9duction des versements. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entente conclue mercredi prolongera jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2006 notre convention collective; \u00e0 ce temps-l\u00e0, on n\u00e9gociera une nouvelle convention pour 2007 et apr\u00e8s. <\/p>\n<p>Nous nous rendons compte que les augmentations annuelles de 2% ne r\u00e9duiront pas l\u2019\u00e9cart entre nos salaires et ceux des employ\u00e9s de beaucoup de journaux qui sont propri\u00e9taires de la PC.
