Nous voulons remercier tous et toutes de leur patience pendant cette ronde, une des plus compliqu\u00e9es \u00e0 laquelle la Guilde a jamais fait face. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une entente de deux ans qui comprend une augmentation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de 1% en 2011. <\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement conclu une entente avec La Presse Canadienne sur la nouvelle structure d\u2019investissement de l\u2019entreprise, y compris comment elle remboursera l\u2019investissement fait par les employ\u00e9s pour permettre l\u2019exploitation continue de l\u2019entreprise, soit les contributions au r\u00e9gime de retraite que nous avons offertes pendant trois ans. <\/p>\n<p>Voici les points saillants de l\u2019entente de principe\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>* Une dur\u00e9e de deux ans, soit jusqu\u2019au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2011<br \/>\n* Une augmentation salariale de 1% l\u2019an prochain<br \/>\n* Une nouvelle politique portant sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du cong\u00e9 familial<br \/>\n* Une disposition permettant la substitution de jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s reconnus pour d\u2019autres jours de f\u00eates religieuses pour que les non chr\u00e9tiens puissent observer leur foi<br \/>\n* Une nouvelle politique sur le transport lorsque les services publics ne sont pas disponibles. La politique n\u2019est plus bas\u00e9e sur le sexe\u00a0; pour tout quart que l\u2019employ\u00e9 doit travailler entre minuit et 6h, il ou elle se verra rembourser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15$ pour le stationnement et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 30$ pour une course de taxi.<br \/>\n* R\u00e9vision de la politique sur les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires lors d\u2019affectations \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de la ville\u00a0; les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires seront calcul\u00e9es et pay\u00e9es pour tout travail effectu\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de 9 heures dans la journ\u00e9e<br \/>\n* Le protocole actuel sur les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires lors des campagnes \u00e9lectorales est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la convention en tant que lettre d\u2019entente<br \/>\n* On \u00e9tablira un groupe de travail pour examiner la mise en oeuvre d\u2019un r\u00e9gime de cong\u00e9 autofinanc\u00e9 qui permettrait aux employ\u00e9s de diff\u00e9rer le versement d\u2019une partie du salaire pendant une certaine p\u00e9riode pour pouvoir ensuite partir en cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9 \u00e0 m\u00eame le salaire diff\u00e9r\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Comme vous le savez, la transformation de La Presse Canadienne d\u2019une association coop\u00e9rative sans but lucratif en entreprise \u00e0 but lucratif a compliqu\u00e9 les n\u00e9gotiations. Nous avons lutt\u00e9 pour prot\u00e9ger les int\u00e9r\u00eats des membres face aux revendications du groupe d\u2019investisseurs qui prendra le contr\u00f4le de La Presse Canadienne.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement sign\u00e9 une Fiche d\u2019entente avec l\u2019entreprise qui pr\u00e9sente les d\u00e9tails du partage des profits et du remboursement des contributions au r\u00e9gime de retraite\u00a0:<br \/>\n* La totalit\u00e9 de votre investissement dans La Presse Canadienne sous forme de contributions au r\u00e9gime de retraite sera rembours\u00e9e sous les m\u00eames conditions que vous l\u2019avez vers\u00e9, avec des int\u00e9r\u00eats au taux de 4,75% par ann\u00e9e.<br \/>\n* Les employ\u00e9s qui demeurent \u00e0 l\u2019emploi de l\u2019entreprise jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit rentable auront droit \u00e0 une part de ces profits jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que leur investissement soit compl\u00e8tement rembours\u00e9.<br \/>\n* Les employ\u00e9s qui quittent l\u2019entreprise se verront rembourser leurs contributions, int\u00e9r\u00eats en sus, mais n\u2019auront pas le droit au partage des profits.<br \/>\n* Le r\u00e9gime de retraite \u00e0 prestations d\u00e9termin\u00e9es continuera pour les employ\u00e9s actuels. Tout employ\u00e9 embauch\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2012 sera inscrit \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime \u00e0 contributions d\u00e9termin\u00e9es auquel l\u2019employeur contribuera 5% du salaire. Les employ\u00e9s inscrits dans le r\u00e9gime \u00e0 contributions d\u00e9termin\u00e9es contribueront au m\u00eame taux que les employ\u00e9s inscrits dans le r\u00e9gime \u00e0 prestations d\u00e9termin\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>Parce que nous n\u2019\u00e9tions pas dans la mesure de n\u00e9gocier une augmentation salariale importante pour 2012, nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 qu\u2019une entente de deux ans est mieux qu\u2019une entente d\u2019une plus longue dur\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<p>Votre comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation conseille \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 l\u2019approbation de cette entente. On ne la d\u00e9crirait pas comme la meilleure au monde, mais nous estimons que c\u2019est la meilleure entente possible compte tenu des circonstances auxquelles nous avons fait face lors de cette ronde. Les int\u00e9r\u00eats de beaucoup de camps \u2013 les membres de la Guilde, les retrait\u00e9s, l\u2019entreprise, les investisseurs, le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et l\u2019organisme r\u00e8glementaire des r\u00e9gimes de retraite \u2013 \u00e9taient tous en jeu pendant les n\u00e9gociations.<\/p>\n<p>La semaine prochaine, nous ferons parvenir le M\u00e9moire d\u2019entente et la Fiche d\u2019entente \u00e0 tous les membres. Nous sommes en train d\u2019organiser le vote de ratification et nous nous attendons \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il se d\u00e9roule avant la fin du mois.
