Au cours de la r\u00e9union de septembre du Comit\u00e9 consultatif sur les avantages sociaux, nous avons convenu d\u2019une exon\u00e9ration de primes qui s\u2019\u00e9tendra d\u2019octobre 2008 \u00e0 mars 2009.   Cette exon\u00e9ration de primes d\u2019applique aux polices d\u2019assurance Optional Life, Dependent Life et Reducing Term Life. Ces r\u00e9gimes ont tous accumul\u00e9s des surplus, et nous utilisons une partie de cet argent (environ 730 000 $) pour d\u00e9frayer les primes des membres pendant cette p\u00e9riode de six mois.   <\/p>\n<p>Notre r\u00e9gime d\u2019invalidit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme continue de faire preuve de stabilit\u00e9.  Au cours de la r\u00e9union de juin, nous avons approuv\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction de primes qui entrera en vigueur le 1er octobre 2008 (1,55 % du salaire comparativement \u00e0 1,7 %).  Ce mois-ci, le CCAS a approuv\u00e9 un ajustement au co\u00fbt de la vie de 2 % pour les gens qui retirent encore des prestations d\u2019ILD et qui ne profitaient pas d\u00e9j\u00e0 de l\u2019augmentation automatique en vigueur jusqu\u2019en 2002.  Ce nouvel ajustement entrera en vigueur le 1er octobre et s\u2019appliquera aux employ\u00e9s toujours b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de l\u2019ILD qui sont devenus invalides entre 2002 et la fin de 2007.   Les employ\u00e9s qui \u00e9taient en ILD avant 2002 sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 couverts par l\u2019ajustement automatique pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.  <\/p>\n<p>Bien que nous ayons constat\u00e9 certaines am\u00e9liorations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales au niveau du r\u00e9gime d\u2019ILD, il est d\u00e9cevant de voir qu\u2019au 31 juillet, 306 employ\u00e9s de CBC\/Radio-Canada recevaient des prestations d\u2019ILD. Ce n\u2019est pas un maximum record, mais pas loin.  <\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la r\u00e9union, les membres du CCAS ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 des pr\u00e9sentations de la part de Human Solutions \u2013 le nouveau fournisseur du Programme d\u2019aide aux employ\u00e9s  \u2013 et la division de Great West Life qui g\u00e8re notre programme de R\u00c9ER de groupe.
