Des repr\u00e9sentants patronaux et syndicaux si\u00e8gent au comit\u00e9. Celui-ci se rencontre quatre fois par ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En vertu de la convention collective, ce comit\u00e9 traite de disparit\u00e9s salariales. Ceci couvre toute forme de paiement, y compris la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration additionnelle et le placement sur les \u00e9chelles salariales. L\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale est une question de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9gale pour un travail \u00e9gal et touche surtout les femmes. <\/p>\n<p>La Guilde invite les candidatures de personnes autochtones, de minorit\u00e9s visibles, de personnes ayant un handicap, de femmes, de francophones et de personnes de toute orientation et identit\u00e9 sexuelle. Nous vous invitons \u00e0 consulter la convention collective pour en savoir plus au sujet du r\u00f4le du comit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 se r\u00e9unit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 Toronto et convoque certaines conf\u00e9rences t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques. La Guilde et la direction prennent les dispositions n\u00e9cessaires pour les cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s et les frais de d\u00e9placement des membres, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, afin qu\u2019ils puissent assister aux rencontres. La date limite est le 9 d\u00e9cembre 2009.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les dispositions en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale qui se trouvent dans le protocole d\u2019entente 2009 :<\/p>\n<p>10 \u00c9QUIT\u00c9 SALARIALE<br \/>\n10.1<br \/>\nAfin d\u2019assurer que toute question concernant l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de<br \/>\ntoute forme de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, y compris le salaire et la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration<br \/>\nsuppl\u00e9mentaire vers\u00e9e aux employ\u00e9s faisant le m\u00eame travail ou un travail<br \/>\nsimilaire est trait\u00e9e, les parties ont convenu de cr\u00e9er un comit\u00e9 mixte<br \/>\npermanent sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale.<br \/>\n10.2<br \/>\nLe Syndicat et ses membres se r\u00e9servent le droit de renvoyer les litiges en<br \/>\nmati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale devant la Commission des droits de la personne. Les<br \/>\nparties sont toutefois d&rsquo;accord pour que des efforts sinc\u00e8res soient faits \u00e0<br \/>\nl&rsquo;interne pour d\u00e9terminer quels sont les enjeux et les examiner.<br \/>\n10.3<br \/>\nLe comit\u00e9 se r\u00e9unira au moins quatre fois par an.
