Non seulement la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a-t-elle omis de pr\u00e9venir le syndicat qu\u2019elle modifiait des pratiques et m\u00e9thodes de travail, comme elle doit le faire en vertu de l\u2019article 9, mais elle r\u00e9siste \u00e0 se conformer \u00e0 la disposition pr\u00e9voyant le recyclage, la mutation et la r\u00e9affectation des employ\u00e9s dont le travail est donn\u00e9 en sous-traitance  (article 104). <\/p>\n<p>La CBC\/SRC a mis au point en secret son plan visant \u00e0 donner notre travail \u00e0 d\u2019autres intervenants.  La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a ensuite annonc\u00e9 son intention d\u2019aller en sous-traitance sans se pr\u00e9occuper le moindrement des effets n\u00e9gatifs de cette d\u00e9cision sur ses employ\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p><b>Il existe une meilleure fa\u00e7on<\/b><br \/>\nL\u2019approche de la Guilde consisterait \u00e0 donner tout d\u2019abord aux employ\u00e9s des communications la possibilit\u00e9 de se recycler, d\u2019\u00eatre r\u00e9affect\u00e9s et\/ou relocalis\u00e9s avant m\u00eame de songer \u00e0 des mises \u00e0 pied.  Ce processus devrait \u00eatre entrepris par l\u2019entremise du Comit\u00e9 national mixte de l\u2019emploi.  Entre temps, tous les postes vacants partout au pays \u2013 postes permanents, contractuels et temporaires \u2013 devraient faire l\u2019objet d\u2019un gel. Des mises \u00e0 pied ne devraient \u00eatre envisag\u00e9es qu\u2019apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9puis\u00e9 toutes les tentatives novatrices en vue de r\u00e9affecter les employ\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<p>La Guilde a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sa cause \u00e0 la direction lors des r\u00e9unions du Comit\u00e9 national mixte de l\u2019emploi,  les 25 et 29 avril derniers, en soulignant l\u2019importance de mettre rapidement en place des proc\u00e9dures destin\u00e9es \u00e0 aider les employ\u00e9s touch\u00e9s. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 refuse d\u2019honorer les dispositions de la convention collective qui portent sur l\u2019impartition, et a rejet\u00e9 la plupart des suggestions du syndicat. Le syndicat va continuer de promouvoir ses propositions au cours des r\u00e9unions du Comit\u00e9 national mixte, qui auront lieu au moins une fois par semaine pour un certain temps.<\/p>\n<p>La Guilde a \u00e9galement r\u00e9uni sa propre \u00e9quipe en vue d\u2019aider les employ\u00e9s touch\u00e9s par la sous-traitance.   <\/p>\n<p><b>La Guilde met en question le dossier commercial de la CBC\/SRC<\/b><br \/>\nLa Guilde prendra part \u00e0 une r\u00e9union, en compagnie de la haute direction de la CBC\/SRC, pour discuter du dossier commercial de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 visant \u00e0 mettre en impartition le travail de communications. Le syndicat a d\u00e9j\u00e0 soulev\u00e9, aupr\u00e8s de la haute direction et des membres du conseil d\u2019administration, de s\u00e9rieuses r\u00e9serves \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, et se pr\u00e9occupe particuli\u00e8rement de l\u2019absence d\u2019analyse prouv\u00e9e comparant les co\u00fbts de r\u00e9alisation du travail \u00e0 l\u2019interne et en sous-contrat.
