Cependant, ce qui est important est le fait que la plupart des questions \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre n\u2019emp\u00eacheraient pas une entente, ni un retour au travail.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le moment, il n\u2019y a pas lieu de croire que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 veut mettre fin au cadenas. Elle n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9 sa position au sujet de l\u2019embauche \u00e0 contrat sans limitation et sans raison. M\u00eame jeu pour ce qui est du traitement des employ\u00e9s lors d\u2019une r\u00e9duction d\u2019effectifs, et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cherche toujours \u00e0 limiter les droits d\u2019anciennet\u00e9. Elle continue de revendiquer une r\u00e9duction des indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part, et nous ne sommes pas encore parvenus \u00e0 un accord au sujet de l\u2019impartition. Nous discutons toujours de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des postes et nous n\u2019avons pas encore abord\u00e9 les \u00e9chelles salariales ni d\u2019autres questions mon\u00e9taires.<\/p>\n<p>Tout cela peut para\u00eetre troublant, mais nous reconnaissons depuis longtemps qu\u2019il faudra se pencher sur quatre ou cinq questions essentielles afin de conclure une entente. Nous continuons de faire de longues journ\u00e9es et nous travaillerons toute la fin de semaine. Une chose est certaine : il faut que les deux camps soient pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire des compromis.<\/p>\n<p>La conduite des pourparlers est l\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments aga\u00e7ants. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne cesse de bl\u00e2mer la Guilde pour la lenteur des pourparlers. Signalons toutefois qu\u2019il est \u00e9vident que le comit\u00e9 de la direction n\u2019a pas le pouvoir de prendre les d\u00e9cisions n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9soudre les questions qui demeurent sur la table. Les deux camps passent donc des heures, voir des journ\u00e9es enti\u00e8res, \u00e0 attendre l\u2019approbation de la haute direction. Dans le contexte actuel il est presque impossible d\u2019\u00e9changer des propositions ou de prendre des d\u00e9cisions rapidement.<\/p>\n<p>Une entente est possible, et nous esp\u00e9rons pouvoir la conclure dans les plus brefs d\u00e9lais. Malheureusement, il nous faudra plus de temps. Nous partageons votre frustration et nous appr\u00e9cions votre appui.
