Malheureusement, l\u2019offre tourne autour des m\u00eames exigences et restrictions, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es de fa\u00e7ons \u00e0 peine diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n<p>La direction veut obtenir le droit d&rsquo;augmenter le nombre de contractuels de 225% pendant la dur\u00e9e de l\u2019entente, qui resterait en vigueur encore trois ans et demi. Elle veut pouvoir embaucher \u00e0 contrat 90 employ\u00e9s dans 21 classifications chaque ann\u00e9e. Cela entra\u00eenerait une augmentation importante d\u2019employ\u00e9s non permanents \u00e0 la SRC\/CBC, qui repr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9j\u00e0 30% de la main-d\u2019oeuvre. Cette proposition repr\u00e9sente un blocage majeur.<\/p>\n<p>Au chapitre des r\u00e9ductions de personnel, le patronat maintient sa notion de composantes, v\u00e9ritables barri\u00e8res qui limitent les possibilit\u00e9s de red\u00e9ploiement des employ\u00e9s en cas de mise \u00e0 pied. La seule fa\u00e7on pour un employ\u00e9 de sauter une composante serait d&rsquo;avoir effectuer le m\u00eame travail pendant au moins 6 mois au cours des douze mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. De plus, les employ\u00e9s auraient uniquement droit au red\u00e9ploiement dans leur localit\u00e9 actuelle. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019offre mon\u00e9taire maigre nous inqui\u00e8te aussi. <\/p>\n<p>Avant de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, nous \u00e9tudierons l\u2019offre et \u00e9valuerons les avenues qui pourraient nous permettre de poursuivre la n\u00e9gociation.
