{"id":18754,"date":"2005-09-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-09-26T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/2005\/09\/26\/la-situation-actuelle-est-inacceptable-fontana-2\/"},"modified":"2023-06-03T15:41:52","modified_gmt":"2023-06-03T19:41:52","slug":"la-situation-actuelle-est-inacceptable-fontana-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/la-situation-actuelle-est-inacceptable-fontana-2\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00ab La situation actuelle est inacceptable : \u00bb Fontana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le ministre f\u00e9d\u00e9ral du Travail, Joe Fontana, a caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 d\u2019 \u00ab inacceptable \u00bb la situation cr\u00e9\u00e9e par le lock-out et voulait que l\u2019on lui fasse part d\u2019un plan afin de r\u00e9soudre imm\u00e9diatement la situation lors de sa rencontre ce matin avec la Guilde candienne des m\u00e9dias et la direction de la SRC\/CBC.<\/p>\n<p>Tout le comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation de la Guilde y \u00e9tait, ainsi que Robert Rabinovitch, pr\u00e9sident de la SRC\/CBC, George Smith, vice-pr\u00e9sident des ressources humaines, et Stephen Satchel, le n\u00e9gociateur en chef du comit\u00e9 patronal. <\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00e9gociations se sont poursuivies tout de suite apr\u00e8s la rencontre. M. Smith est rest\u00e9 afin de participer aux pourparlers, mais M. Rabinovitch a dit \u00e0 M. Fontana qu\u2019il serait inappropri\u00e9 que le pr\u00e9sident et p.d.g. de la SRC\/CBC y participe. <\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth MacPherson, directrice du Service f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de m\u00e9diation et de conciliation, s\u2019est jointe aux n\u00e9gociations, qui se poursuivront \u00e0 Hull. M. Fontana a dit qu\u2019il rencontrera les parties de nouveau cet apr\u00e8s-midi, apr\u00e8s la p\u00e9riode des questions \u00e0 la Chambre des communes. <\/p>\n<p>Me MacPherson a demand\u00e9 aux parties de limiter leurs communications au sujet des pourparlers afin de donner une chance au nouveau processus.
