{"id":18762,"date":"2007-10-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2007-10-23T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/2007\/10\/23\/le-point-sur-les-employes-de-cbcradio-canada-et-les-blogues-2\/"},"modified":"2023-06-03T15:37:11","modified_gmt":"2023-06-03T19:37:11","slug":"le-point-sur-les-employes-de-cbcradio-canada-et-les-blogues-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/le-point-sur-les-employes-de-cbcradio-canada-et-les-blogues-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Le point sur les employ\u00e9s de CBC\/Radio-Canada et les blogues"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il y a une dizaine de jours, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Radio-Canada a publi\u00e9 des lignes directrices \u00e0 l\u2019intention des blogueurs qui se pr\u00e9sentent comme employ\u00e9s de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Toute politique que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cide de mettre en vigueur est toutefois assujettie aux dispositions de la convention collective entre la Guilde canadienne des m\u00e9dias et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, notamment \u00e0 l\u2019article 12, qui traite de la question des activit\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieures. Nous estimons que cet article offre aux employ\u00e9s une plus grande marge de man\u0153uvre que les lignes directrices publi\u00e9es r\u00e9cemment, et la Guilde continuera de d\u00e9fendre les principes de cet article. <\/p>\n<p>En voici un extrait\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u00ab\u00a012.1<br \/>\nLes employ\u00e9s peuvent entreprendre des activit\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieures b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ou r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es, en dehors des heures de travail aux conditions suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>a) ces activit\u00e9s ne doivent pas entrer en concurrence directe avec les services m\u00e9dias de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cette disposition ne s\u2019applique pas aux employ\u00e9s temporaires et aux pigistes.<br \/>\nb) Il est interdit pour l\u2019employ\u00e9 d\u2019exploiter sans autorisation pr\u00e9alable sa relation avec la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans le cadre d\u2019activit\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieures.<br \/>\nc) Ces activit\u00e9s ne doivent pas influer n\u00e9gativement sur son travail \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>12.2<br \/>\nAvant d\u2019entreprendre une activit\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieure, l\u2019employ\u00e9 reconnu faisant partie du personnel d\u2019antenne doit discuter de l\u2019activit\u00e9 en question avec son superviseur.\u00a0\u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Tout employ\u00e9 est libre d\u2019entreprendre toute activit\u00e9 en autant que cette derni\u00e8re se  conforme aux dispositions de la convention collective. Voici les questions que tout blogueur devrait se poser\u00a0: Est-ce que je me trouve dans une position de concurrence avec la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9? Est-ce que j\u2019exploite ma relation professionnelle avec la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (p.ex. est-ce que j\u2019en tire des avantages que je n\u2019aurais pas autrement?) Est-ce que mon blogue, ou son contenu, pourraient nuire \u00e0 mon int\u00e9grit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 ma capacit\u00e9 d\u2019exercer mes fonctions \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9? Si la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 toutes ces questions est n\u00e9gative, l\u2019activit\u00e9 en question est permise.<\/p>\n<p>Nous sommes d\u2019avis que seuls les employ\u00e9s reconnus, faisant partie du personnel d\u2019antenne, doivent discuter \u00e0 l\u2019avance d\u2019un blogue ou d\u2019une autre forme d\u2019expression en ligne avec leur superviseur.<\/p>\n<p>Nous vous conseillons d\u2019agir avec votre bon sens lorsque vous participez \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s sur Internet, et surtout lorsque vous vous pr\u00e9sentez, ou que l\u2019on peut clairement vous identifier, comme un employ\u00e9 de CBC\/Radio-Canada. Vous \u00eates responsable de ce que vous affichez.
