{"id":18790,"date":"2009-03-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2009-03-02T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/2009\/03\/02\/guide-a-lintention-des-employes-temporaires-a-radio-canada-2\/"},"modified":"2023-06-04T10:26:13","modified_gmt":"2023-06-04T14:26:13","slug":"guide-a-lintention-des-employes-temporaires-a-radio-canada-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/guide-a-lintention-des-employes-temporaires-a-radio-canada-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Guide \u00e0 l\u2019intention des employ\u00e9s temporaires \u00e0 Radio-Canada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La nouvelle convention collective entre Radio-Canada et la GCM comprend de nouveaux  \u00e9l\u00e9ments importants pour les employ\u00e9s temporaires. ***Veuillez faire suivre ce message \u00e0 ceux et \u00e0 celles de vos coll\u00e8gues qui ne re\u00e7oivent peut-\u00eatre pas encore les communiqu\u00e9s de la Guilde.***<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s temporaires sont importants pour le fonctionnement de l\u2019organisation, et doivent \u00eatre embauch\u00e9s pour de bonnes raisons, notamment pour :<br \/>\n&#8211;\tremplacer un employ\u00e9 permanent absent ;<br \/>\n&#8211;\tr\u00e9pondre aux situations d\u2019urgence ;<br \/>\n&#8211;\taugmenter l\u2019effectif dans des situations particuli\u00e8res, par ex. Des \u00e9lections, les Jeux olympiques ou la conception d\u2019une \u00e9mission<\/p>\n<p>Depuis environ un an, un comit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cial de la Guilde rencontre la direction afin d\u2019examiner des centaines de dossiers partout au pays. Au cours de cette p\u00e9riode, des douzaines d\u2019employ\u00e9s temporaires ont obtenu le statut de permanent. Ce travail se poursuit et la nouvelle entente vise \u00e0 assurer que les employ\u00e9s temporaires soient embauch\u00e9s correctement et trait\u00e9s avec justice. <\/p>\n<p>Voici des conseils pour veiller \u00e0 ce que vos droits soient respect\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p><b>CONSERVEZ VOS DOCUMENTS D\u2019EMPLOI :<\/b><br \/>\nCela comprend toute lettre ou tout document d\u2019embauche, des avis de d\u00e9p\u00f4t salarial, des fiches de pr\u00e9sence, des horaires, etc. Vos documents seront essentiels pour aider \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre tout litige concernant votre historique de travail et vos droits. <\/p>\n<p><b>ASSUREZ-VOUS D\u2019\u00caTRE INSCRIT AU R\u00c9GIME D\u2019AVANTAGES SOCIAUX SI VOUS Y AVEZ DROIT :<\/b><br \/>\nVous avez droit aux avantages sociaux si vous vous faites embaucher, ou si vous finissez par travailler, pendant au moins 13 semaines et que vous travaillez au moins 29 heures au cours d\u2019une semaine. Les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s et tout cong\u00e9 autoris\u00e9, pay\u00e9 ou non, sont compris dans la p\u00e9riode de qualification de 29 heures par semaine. Un employ\u00e9 admissible aux avantages sociaux n\u2019a pas \u00e0 \u00e9tablir de nouveau son admissibilit\u00e9 s\u2019il est embauch\u00e9 de nouveau dans les 13 semaines qui suivent la fin de son emploi pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. <\/p>\n<p><b>ASSUREZ-VOUS QUE VOUS PROGRESSEZ DANS L\u2019\u00c9CHELLE SALARIALE :<\/b><br \/>\nUn employ\u00e9 temporaire avance d\u2019une \u00e9tape dans la plage salariale dans laquelle il a travaill\u00e9 la majorit\u00e9 du temps (et dans toute plage inf\u00e9rieure) apr\u00e8s le plus t\u00f4t de a) 1 950 heures de travail ou b) deux ans. <\/p>\n<p><b>SUR L\u2019OBTENTION DU STATUT DE PERMANENT :<\/b><br \/>\nUn employ\u00e9 temporaire qui a travaill\u00e9 au m\u00eame poste pendant 18 mois (ou 24 mois s\u2019il remplace un prestataire d\u2019assurance-invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e) devrait obtenir le statut de permanent.
