Ces types de  r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sont pr\u00e9vus par la convention collective qui lie la GCM et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Radio-Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s qui sont impliqu\u00e9s dans ces types de n\u00e9gociations ont droit \u00e0 l\u2019aide du personnel administratif de la Guilde. Cette aide peut prendre la forme de recherche d\u2019informations jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un de nos employ\u00e9s lors des n\u00e9gociations entre les deux parties.<\/p>\n<p>Quelques informations importantes \u00e0 retenir : <\/p>\n<p>&#8211;  Il n\u2019est pas obligatoire de n\u00e9gocier des indemnit\u00e9s forfaitaires pour les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires. La volont\u00e9 d\u2019en arriver \u00e0 un accord doit venir des deux parties. Ces ententes sont sens\u00e9es estimer avec pr\u00e9cision la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019heures suppl\u00e9mentaires qui seront travaill\u00e9es lors d\u2019une p\u00e9riode de temps donn\u00e9e (comme, par exemple, au cours d\u2019une ann\u00e9e). Lors de n\u00e9gociations d\u2019une indemnit\u00e9 forfaitaire, les heures r\u00e9elles de travail devraient \u00eatre calcul\u00e9es afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer la valeur de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9, incluant le travail lors des jours de cong\u00e9. (voir article 60.7)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;  Une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration additionnelle peut \u00eatre vers\u00e9e \u00e0 un employ\u00e9 en reconnaissance de sa contribution \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9. (voir article 53.6). Ce type de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration peut aussi \u00eatre vers\u00e9 dans le cadre d\u2019une \u00ab entente sur la charge de travail \u00bb pour les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9gime libre.
