L\u2019offre exhaustive porte sur l\u2019ensemble des questions non r\u00e9solues.<\/p>\n<p>La Guilde a  d\u00e9pos\u00e9 cette offre afin d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019allure des pourparlers. Il  a fallu aux deux parties plus d\u2019une semaine pour s\u2019entendre sur les dispositions relatives \u00e0 l\u2019impartition. Cela fait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une semaine que nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 notre proposition au sujet de la question importante des mises \u00e0 pied et il semble qu\u2019il nous reste beaucoup de travail \u00e0 faire avant de la r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous avons 5500 membres dans la rue; ce n\u2019est donc pas le moment id\u00e9al pour transformer les n\u00e9gociations en d\u00e9bat de soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Il nous faut des vraies n\u00e9gociations sur les questions non r\u00e9solues. Il fallait changer la dynamique des pourparlers et il faut que la direction se rende compte du fait qu\u2019il faut conclure une entente le plus rapidement possible. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 comprendra, par le biais de notre offre de r\u00e9solution, la direction dans laquelle les n\u00e9gociations doivent se poursuivre, \u00bb dit Dan Oldfield, le n\u00e9gociateur en chef de la Guilde. <\/p>\n<p>Nous proposons une convention collective de soixante mois, qui arriverait \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance  le 31 mars 2009. Nous proposons une augmentation salariale globale de 3,5% pour chaque ann\u00e9e de l\u2019entente; l\u2019augmentation aurait un effet r\u00e9troactif \u00e0 compter du 1er avril 2004. Nous revendiquons \u00e9galement une prime de ratification de 1000 $ par membre ayant travaill\u00e9 au moins soixante jours dans les derniers douze mois. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 payerait la prime en puisant dans les importantes  \u00e9conomies r\u00e9alis\u00e9es pendant le lock-out. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019offre comprend une nouvelle proposition, au sujet du statut de l\u2019emploi, qui r\u00e9pond au  besoin de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re de souplesse op\u00e9rationnelle. Cette proposition am\u00e9liorerait \u00e9galement la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi ainsi que les avantages sociaux, y compris le r\u00e9gime de retraite, des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 contrat. La proposition permettrait de plus aux employ\u00e9s contractuels qui travaillent \u00e0 la SRC\/CBC depuis au moins trois ans de devenir des employ\u00e9s permanents.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement propos\u00e9 un type d\u2019anciennet\u00e9, pour les employ\u00e9s temporaires, ayant trait \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s au travail, et une protection contre la cessation d\u2019emploi avant la fin convenue de leur contrat. Et nous revendiquons un examen d\u00e9taill\u00e9 de toute embauche non permanente, afin d\u2019assurer que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ait correctement embauch\u00e9 nos membres et que ceux-ci aient acc\u00e8s \u00e0 tout ce \u00e0 quoi ils ont droit. <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019offre de la Guilde comprend \u00e9galement des propositions sur les sujets suivants :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\tune semaine normale de travail de 38,75 heures pour tous les employ\u00e9s, \u00e0 l\u2019exception de ceux et celles embauch\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019ancienne unit\u00e9 3; leur semaine normale de travail serait toujours de 36,25 heures<br \/>\n&#8211;\tles heures suppl\u00e9mentaires compt\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de la fin de la journ\u00e9e ou de la semaine normale de travail<br \/>\n&#8211;\tun processus de mise \u00e0 pied et de rappel au travail qui pr\u00e9serve  le syst\u00e8me bas\u00e9 sur l\u2019anciennet\u00e9, et qui donne aux employ\u00e9s de plus nombreuses occasions  de rester \u00e0 l\u2019emploi de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 lors d\u2019une r\u00e9duction d\u2019effectif<br \/>\n&#8211;\tdes meilleurs droits et tarifs pour les pigistes<br \/>\n&#8211;\tune am\u00e9lioration des cong\u00e9s annuels<br \/>\n&#8211;\tune prime  pour les employ\u00e9s qui doivent travailler dans au moins deux langues.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/CBCnegsCMG-settlement-offer-Sep22.pdf\">Veuillez cliquer ici pour lire l\u2019offre de r\u00e9solution enti\u00e8re (en anglais).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation de la Guilde a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 son offre afin de mettre un terme aux  n\u00e9gociations. Nous estimons que nos propositions sont justes et \u00e9quitables, du point de vue des employ\u00e9s de la SRC\/CBC, et que ces propositions traitent de l\u2019objectif de souplesse \u00e9labor\u00e9 par la direction.
