Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une r\u00e9vision des salaires que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Radio-Canada est en train d&rsquo;effectuer pour tous les employ\u00e9s temporaires \u00e0 court terme qui sont dans le syst\u00e8me de paie en ce moment.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a plusieurs mois, la Guilde canadienne des m\u00e9dias a fait part de ses pr\u00e9occupations que certains employ\u00e9s temporaires ne montaient pas dans les \u00e9chelles salariales de fa\u00e7on syst\u00e9matique. La Guilde et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se sont r\u00e9unies pour d\u00e9velopper des lignes directrices \u00e0 ce sujet, qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ent\u00e9rin\u00e9es par la suite dans la nouvelle convention collective entre la Guilde et la CBC\/Radio-Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Selon ces nouvelles dispositions, un employ\u00e9 temporaire \u00e0 court terme sera plac\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chelon suivant sur la plage salariale apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 1 950 heures (sans compter les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires) sur cette plage ou sur une plage sup\u00e9rieure. Et \u00e0 compter du mois d&rsquo;avril 2009, l&#8217;employ\u00e9 temporaire \u00e0 court terme montera d&rsquo;un \u00e9chelon apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 sur la m\u00eame plage salariale pendant deux ann\u00e9es civiles, m\u00eame si le seuil des 1 950 heures n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint.<\/p>\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s qui recevront des augmentations \u00e0 la suite de cette r\u00e9vision, et\/ou qui toucheront une somme forfaitaire, seront avis\u00e9s par leur superviseur. La r\u00e9vision des salaires se fait par \u00e9tapes; la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 estime que tous les ajustements n\u00e9cessaires seront effectu\u00e9s avant la fin de l&rsquo;exercice financier, soit avant le 31 mars 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous avez travaill\u00e9 comme employ\u00e9 temporaire et que cette r\u00e9vision pourrait s&rsquo;appliquer dans votre cas, parlez-en \u00e0 votre superviseur, et\/ou v\u00e9rifiez votre avis de d\u00e9p\u00f4t r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.
