Les employ\u00e9s temporaires  engag\u00e9s pour moins de 13 semaines, mais qui continuent de travailler \u00e0 Radio-Canada pendant plus de 13 semaines, au moins quatre jours par semaine, doivent \u00eatre inscrits au r\u00e9gime apr\u00e8s 13 semaines. Vous continuez d\u2019avoir droit aux avantages sociaux tant que vous travaillez au moins quatre jours par semaine. Cependant, certains employ\u00e9s ont perdu leurs avantages sociaux apr\u00e8s une absence pour maladie ou pour un cong\u00e9 approuv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La Guilde et la direction de CBC\/Radio-Canada ont maintenant clarifi\u00e9 que les employ\u00e9s temporaires qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 droit aux avantages sociaux ne les perdront pas s\u2019ils prennent un cong\u00e9. Assurez-vous donc d\u2019inscrire une note sur votre fiche de pr\u00e9sence pour chaque jour o\u00f9 vous seriez normalement au travail, m\u00eame si votre cong\u00e9 n\u2019est pas pay\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Lors de la rencontre r\u00e9cente du comit\u00e9 national des griefs, la direction a confirm\u00e9 que deux employ\u00e9s temporaires recevront un remboursement apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre fait refuser des avantages sociaux parce que leur cong\u00e9 \u00e9tait trait\u00e9 d\u2019interruption de service. <\/p>\n<p>Si on vous a refus\u00e9 des avantages sociaux et que vous croyez y avoir droit, communiquez avec un membre de votre conseil ex\u00e9cutif local ou envoyez un courriel \u00e0 info@cmg.ca . <\/p>\n<p><b>Employ\u00e9s temporaires\u00a0: assurez-vous que votre salaire progresse<\/b><br \/>\nN\u2019oubliez pas que votre salaire progresse \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de votre plage salariale apr\u00e8s chaque ann\u00e9e de service, peu importe si vous \u00eates permanent, \u00e0 contrat ou temporaire et m\u00eame si vous avez eu des interruptions de service. <\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 261 jours de travail, votre salaire devrait progresser \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de votre plage salariale. Si vous \u00eates temporaire, que vous avez travaill\u00e9 pendant l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019un an et que votre salaire n\u2019a pas progress\u00e9, communiquez avec un membre de votre conseil ex\u00e9cutif local ou envoyez un courriel \u00e0 info@cmg.ca . <\/p>\n<p><b>Devez-vous prendre un cong\u00e9 annuel pour faire face \u00e0 une situation personnelle\u00a0?<\/b><br \/>\nLa Guilde continue de recueillir des renseignements aupr\u00e8s de membres qui ont du prendre un cong\u00e9 annuel ou compensatoire lors de situations  couvertes par les dispositions sur les \u00ab\u00a0cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux\u00a0\u00bb de la convention collective (consultez l\u2019article 72). Les cong\u00e9s sp\u00e9ciaux existent pour permettre aux employ\u00e9s du temps pay\u00e9 pour faire face \u00e0 des affaires personnelles ou de famille qui surviennent pendant les heures de travail. Cela vous permet d\u2019utiliser vos cong\u00e9s annuels aux fins pr\u00e9vues,  soit pour prendre des vacances. <\/p>\n<p>La Guilde a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un grief \u00e0 ce sujet.
