La CBC\/SRC insiste toujours sur des propositions qui ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux int\u00e9r\u00eats des employ\u00e9s. De plus, ces propositions repr\u00e9senteraient une perte de droits garantis dans les conventions collectives actuelles.<\/p>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a finalement r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 notre proposition en ce qui concerne la formation. Malheureusement, le langage propos\u00e9 ne r\u00e9pond pas aux besoins des employ\u00e9s. La CBC\/SRC a rejet\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019un programme mixte de formation and propose \u00e0 sa place un comit\u00e9 mixte de valeur purement symbolique qui ne se r\u00e9unirait qu\u2019une fois par an. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les employ\u00e9s font face au changement rapide et aux demandes toujours croissantes, la formation est tr\u00e8s importante pour pouvoir poursuivre leur carri\u00e8re. La Guilde a propos\u00e9 un partnerariat avec la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et celle-ci a rejet\u00e9 l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019embl\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<p>La Guilde a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des propositions en ce qui concerne les jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s, le retour au travail apr\u00e8s une maladie grave ou une invalidit\u00e9, et la gestion du rendement. La Guilde cherche toujours une proc\u00e9dure de gestion du rendement qui permettrait des communications honn\u00eates qu\u2019on ne pourrait utiliser dans un processus de discipline ou de r\u00e9vision.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 positif, les deux parties sont d\u2019un commun accord sur une disposition qui permettra aux employ\u00e9s de participer \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieures. La disposition correspond \u00e0 celles qui se trouvent dans les conventions collectives actuelles. Cependant, les employ\u00e9s qui verraient refuser leur demande auront dor\u00e9navant acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019arbitrage acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 avec un tiers bien inform\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>En dernier lieu, nous remarquons que la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se plaint de la lenteur des n\u00e9gociations. \u00c7a nous agace aussi. Mais on a besoin de la coop\u00e9ration des deux parties pour conclure un contrat. Quand la direction rejette des propositions justes, raisonnables et peu controvers\u00e9es, il est difficile d\u2019avancer sur les questions plus significatives. <\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, la CBC\/SRC ne veut pas se tenir \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des comit\u00e9s de s\u00e9lection pour des promotions ou pour combler tout poste vacant. Cela laisse la porte ouverte \u00e0 des pratiques injustes. Par ailleurs, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 retarde un accord sur trois dispositions en attendant la capitulation de la Guilde sur une quatri\u00e8me disposition qui a trait aux p\u00e9riodes de repas. La CBC\/SRC propose d\u2019aviser l\u2019employ\u00e9 \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute avant le d\u00e9but de sa p\u00e9riode de repas. La Guilde estime que les employ\u00e9s ont le droit \u00e0 des horaires plus pr\u00e9visibles pour pouvoir s\u2019occuper des besoins personnels pendant la p\u00e9riode de repas. Cela fait partie de concilier le travail et la vie personnelle.<\/p>\n<p>La Guilde veut proc\u00e9der aux pourparlers sur ce que sont, d\u2019apr\u00e8s nous, les questions- cl\u00e9 de ces n\u00e9gociations, y compris la conciliation travail-vie personnelle, le statut professionel, l\u2019impartition, les mises \u00e0 pied et le rappel au travail.
