Elle valorise le niveau local et vise \u00e0 diminuer les frictions et am\u00e9liorer la capacit\u00e9 des deux parties de r\u00e9soudre les conflits. Ce nouveau processus remplace la proc\u00e9dure locale de r\u00e8glement des griefs mais permet au Comit\u00e9 national des griefs de se charger des questions qui ne peuvent pas se r\u00e9gler \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelon local. <\/p>\n<p>Nous avons aussi continu\u00e9 les discussions au sujet du harc\u00e8lement. La Guilde vient de pr\u00e9senter les r\u00e9sultats inqui\u00e9tants d\u2019un sondage compr\u00e9hensif de nos membres sur le harc\u00e8lement et l\u2019intimidation dans le lieu de travail, qui montrent que ces incidents sont de plus en plus fr\u00e9quents. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/newsresultsFR.asp?ID=418&#038;SubjectID=46&#038;BranchID=10\">Cliquez ici pour plus de d\u00e9tails.<\/a>  D\u2019autres \u00e9tudes, y compris celle de la Guilde, indiquent que le harc\u00e8lement personnel au travail se produit beacoup plus souvent que le harc\u00e8lement sexuel ou discriminatoire. <\/p>\n<p>Le rythme des n\u00e9gociations est tr\u00e8s lent. Il s\u2019agit non seulement de mettre ensemble trois conventions collectives ; nous entreprenons aussi d\u2019introduire de nouvelles dispositions pour faire face aux changements dans notre travail. Actuellement, plus de soixante-dix propositions \u00e9crites sont en jeu lors des pourparlers et des questions difficiles s\u2019en viennent.
