Il est maintenant malheureusement \u00e9vident que la direction de la SRC\/CBC est pr\u00eate \u00e0 risquer l\u2019avenir de la diffusion publique de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 avoir raison. <\/p>\n<p>La direction refuse de revoir sa position de permettre l\u2019embauche de classifications enti\u00e8res d\u2019employ\u00e9s en vertu de contrats \u00e0 court terme.  Et elle refuse maintenant de discuter de cette question \u00e0 moins que la Guilde accepte cette condition \u2013 ce que le syndicat a maintes fois refus\u00e9 de faire.  L\u2019avenir de nombreuses carri\u00e8res, de r\u00e9gimes de pension, d\u2019avantages sociaux et de conditions de travail d\u00e9centes est en jeu, de m\u00eame que l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance journalistique et de cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons maintes fois tent\u00e9 de satisfaire \u00e0 ces demandes en vue d\u2019une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9.  Nous avons pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 une proposition d\u00e9taill\u00e9e qui lui aurait permis de disposer d\u2019une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 d\u2019exploitation (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/CBCnegsCMGEmploymentStatusproposal.pdf\">cliquez ici pour lire le texte pr\u00e9sent\u00e9<\/a>), tout en simplifiant et am\u00e9liorant l\u2019\u00e9ventail actuel d\u2019employ\u00e9s permanents et non permanents. <\/p>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 soutient que ce n\u2019est pas suffisant. Elle exige la capitulation totale.  Comme l\u2019a dit le n\u00e9gociateur en chef de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 : \u00ab Nous ne reculerons pas d\u2019un seul pouce.  Nous avons un mandat, et ce mandat est tr\u00e8s clair.  Nous avons besoin de flexibilit\u00e9.  Nous nous rendons compte jusqu\u2019ou cela (notre position) risque de nous mener, et nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire face aux cons\u00e9quences. \u00bb  Une telle d\u00e9claration est \u00e0 tout le moins cavali\u00e8re, provocatrice et imprudente. <\/p>\n<p>Plus t\u00f4t aujourd\u2019hui, nous avons d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte de n\u00e9gociation de mauvaise foi aupr\u00e8s du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles.  La plainte est bas\u00e9e sur le d\u00e9p\u00f4t, par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, d\u2019un document de 200 pages \u00e0 peine quelques jours avant la date de l\u2019\u00e9ch\u00e9ance.  Ce document contient de nouvelles clauses et des propositions r\u00e9vis\u00e9es, remet en question des clauses d\u00e9j\u00e0 convenues et ce, sans identifier ou expliquer aucun des changements.<\/p>\n<p>La direction de la SRC\/CBC pr\u00e9tend ne pas vouloir d\u2019un arr\u00eat de travail.  Ce sont l\u00e0 des paroles creuses qui, \u00e0 notre avis, devront \u00eatre jug\u00e9es en fonction des gestes que posera la direction au cours des prochains jours. Plusieurs autres questions importantes sont toujours non r\u00e9solues.  N\u2019oubliez pas que les principales questions en litige d\u00e9coulent d\u2019exigences de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et non pas de propositions de la Guilde.  Le style de n\u00e9gociation par intimidation que pratique la direction, ainsi que son approche \u00e0 l\u2019emporte pi\u00e8ce, mettent en p\u00e9ril la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une entente n\u00e9goci\u00e9e et, s\u2019ils se poursuivent, infligeront des dommages \u00e0 long terme \u00e0 la programmation de la SRC\/CBC et \u00e0 sa cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La Guilde a l\u2019intention de demeurer \u00e0 la table de n\u00e9gociation en vue de parvenir \u00e0 une entente juste, mais ne peut et ne va pas accepter de stratag\u00e8me qui mette en p\u00e9ril
