Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t d\u2019un ramassis de propositions d\u00e9j\u00e0 rejet\u00e9es par le comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation de la Guilde et les membres du syndicat par le biais du vote de gr\u00e8ve. <\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, la proposition offensive au sujet du statut professionnel s\u2019y trouve toujours. Il n\u2019y a aucun engagement envers une main-d\u2019oeuvre permanente; au contraire,la proposition permettrait l\u2019embauche de presque tous les employ\u00e9s futurs de fa\u00e7on contractuelle. <\/p>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cherche toujours \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, de r\u00e9duire le repos quotidien, de mettre notre travail en impartition tout simplement parce que quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre accepterait de travailler moins cher, d\u2019\u00e9liminer les indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part et d\u2019abuser des employ\u00e9s temporaires. <\/p>\n<p>Pendant tout le processus, c\u2019est la Guilde qui a propos\u00e9 les solutions innovatrices. Nous avons soumis le langage au sujet de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre vie-travail, des arrangements de travail plus souples, des cong\u00e9s auto-financ\u00e9s, d\u2019un partenariat sur la formation, et d\u2019une initiative nationale sur la diversit\u00e9, pour en nommer quelques exemples.<\/p>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie de la direction est claire: elle n\u2019est pas pr\u00eate \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier. Elle choisit plut\u00f4t de brimer. Malheureusement, c\u2019est une approche favoris\u00e9e par les leaders actuels de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9, strat\u00e9gie qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 m\u00ean\u00e9 \u00e0 quatre arr\u00eats de travail majeurs \u00e0 la SRC\/CBC au cours des six derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 accuse maintenant la Guilde d\u2019\u00eatre responsable de la lenteur des n\u00e9gociations. Ne le croyez pas. Le comit\u00e9 de n\u00e9gociation de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 refuse de changer sa position en ce qui concerne tous les enjeux majeurs. <\/p>\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 persiste a n\u00e9gocier directement avec les employ\u00e9s par le biais de messages \u00e9lectroniques \u00e0 tous les membres de la Guilde qui contiennent des propositions qui n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 la table des n\u00e9gos ou qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 rejet\u00e9es. <\/p>\n<p>Nous affirmons que nous sommes toujours pr\u00eats \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier une convention collective juste et \u00e9quitable, mais nous n\u2019accepterons jamais qu\u2019on nous impose une mauvaise entente.
