{"id":18945,"date":"2005-07-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2005-07-29T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/2005\/07\/29\/des-enjeux-importants-demeurent-sur-la-table-apres-des-avances-modiques-2\/"},"modified":"2023-06-03T15:42:19","modified_gmt":"2023-06-03T19:42:19","slug":"des-enjeux-importants-demeurent-sur-la-table-apres-des-avances-modiques-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/des-enjeux-importants-demeurent-sur-la-table-apres-des-avances-modiques-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Des enjeux importants demeurent sur la table apr\u00e8s des avanc\u00e9s modiques"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Il n\u2019y a que quinze jours avant la p\u00e9riode ouverte o\u00f9 la Guilde canadienne des m\u00e9dias pourrait d\u00e9clencher une gr\u00e8ve ou la SRC\/CBC pourrait d\u00e9cr\u00e9ter un lock-out. <\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la table de n\u00e9gos, nous sommes parvenus \u00e0 un accord sur un petit nombre de dispositions au sujet de l\u2019assurance-hospitalisation, de l\u2019assurance-maladie et de l\u2019assurance dentaire, du rappel au travail, des cong\u00e9s pay\u00e9s ou non pay\u00e9s, du retour au travail apr\u00e8s une maladie, et du travail \u00e0 temps partiel.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons aussi discut\u00e9 de la question du statut professionel. La Guilde a affirm\u00e9 de nouveau qu\u2019elle est pr\u00eate \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux besoins op\u00e9rationnels l\u00e9gitimes de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Cependant, nous nous opposons \u00e0 toute proposition qui permettrait la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une main-d\u2019oeuvre temporaire \u00e0 la SRC\/CBC. Nous avons propos\u00e9 des dispositions qui permettraient l\u2019embauche d\u2019employ\u00e9s temporaires si les employ\u00e9s permanents \u00e9taient dans l\u2019impossibilit\u00e9 de satisfaire aux besoins de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement propos\u00e9 une m\u00e9thode plus souple de fixer les horaires de travail. En m\u00eame temps, notre proposition \u00e9liminerait l\u2019\u00e9talement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires sur quatre semaines. <\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 cherche toujours \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier des concessions. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, elle est d\u2019accord pour \u00e9liminer l\u2019\u00e9talement des heures suppl\u00e9mentaires sur quatre semaines. En revanche, elle veut \u00e9liminer les dispositions relatives aux heures suppl\u00e9mentaires pour une journ\u00e9e de travail qui d\u00e9passe douze heures. De plus, elle cherche \u00e0 r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires seulement apr\u00e8s qu\u2019on ait travaill\u00e9 huit heures dans une journ\u00e9e. Cela repr\u00e9senterait une perte mon\u00e9taire pour plus de 1,500 membres de l\u2019unit\u00e9 2. <\/p>\n<p>La Guilde a chang\u00e9 sa position sur la question de l\u2019impartition dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de parvenir \u00e0 une entente juste et \u00e9quitable. Nous avions cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 interdire l\u2019impartition, mais notre nouvelle proposition la permettrait, tout en imposant des limitations importantes. Par exemple, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ne pourrait pas mettre notre travail en impartition tout simplement parce que quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre travaillerait moins cher. La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 devrait nous faire part de toutes les informations partag\u00e9es avec les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s externes et nous pourrions proposer des alternatives afin de maintenir nos fonctions \u00e0 la SRC\/CBC. Nous revendiquons \u00e9galement des droits am\u00e9lior\u00e9s pour les employ\u00e9s touch\u00e9s pour que ceux-ci puissent occuper un autre poste \u00e0 la SRC\/CBC ou chez le sous-traitant. <\/p>\n<p>La Guilde a aussi fait des propositions au sujet de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale et de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi qui permettraient au syndicat d\u2019assurer le respect des lois et des objets de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Nous prenons une pause pendant la fin de semaine, mais les deux camps se sont engag\u00e9s \u00e0 reprendre les n\u00e9gociations mardi prochain et \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier de fa\u00e7on continue jusqu\u2019au 14 ao\u00fbt et m\u00eame apr\u00e8s au besoin.
