{"id":18971,"date":"2008-12-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2008-12-15T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/2008\/12\/15\/revue-de-lannee-2008-sous-section-tfotvo-de-la-guilde-2\/"},"modified":"2023-06-04T11:14:19","modified_gmt":"2023-06-04T15:14:19","slug":"revue-de-lannee-2008-sous-section-tfotvo-de-la-guilde-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmg.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/revue-de-lannee-2008-sous-section-tfotvo-de-la-guilde-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Revue de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2008 : sous-section TFO\/TVO de la Guilde"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les deux r\u00e9seaux ont conclu de nouvelles conventions collectives et ont fait des gains importants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 TFO:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\tDispositions en vue d\u2019un am\u00e9nagement alternatif du travail et permettant d\u2019acheter des cr\u00e9dits de cong\u00e9 d\u00e8s janvier 2009<br \/>\n&#8211;\tRetour d\u2019une troisi\u00e8me journ\u00e9e de cong\u00e9 flottant<br \/>\n&#8211;\tDispositions concernant la formation et le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 TVO:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\tDispositions visant un meilleur \u00e9quilibre travail-famille permettant aux membres un am\u00e9nagement alternatif de leur travail ou l\u2019achat de cr\u00e9dits de vacances additionnels par le biais de d\u00e9ductions salariales<br \/>\n&#8211;\tR\u00e9vision prochaine des descriptions de t\u00e2ches dans des rencontres r\u00e9guli\u00e8res du comit\u00e9 conjoint patronal-syndical<br \/>\n&#8211;\tConsolidation des droits d&rsquo;anciennet\u00e9 permettant une plus grande mobilit\u00e9 en cas de mises \u00e0 pied<br \/>\n&#8211;\tAlors que l\u2019industrie des m\u00e9dias subit des changements majeurs, la Guilde a obtenu un engagement de la part de TVO afin de recourir \u00e0 une consultation lorsque ces changements touchent le travail des membres<\/p>\n<p><b>Renforcer l\u2019organisation interne<\/b><br \/>\nCette ann\u00e9e, un r\u00e9seau de repr\u00e9sentants a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis sur pied. \u00c0 TVO, on retrouve Daniel Bourr\u00e9 \u00e0 TVOKids, Erica Balch \u00e0 The Agenda, Becky Fong \u00e0 Gregg\/Docs\/Big Ideas\/online, George Pyron \u00e0 Acquisitions\/Your Voice\/Promos r\u00e9seau. \u00c0 TFO, il s\u2019agit de Dino Goncalvez \u00e0 Mini-TFO, St\u00e9phane Deraucroix \u00e0 Panorama et H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Boudreault \u00e0 R\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p>Le comit\u00e9 des griefs de TVO compte de nouveaux b\u00e9n\u00e9voles : Jeanette Kong et Paul Gardner se joignent \u00e0 George Pyron et David Hawkins. Deux autres postes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 combl\u00e9s : Becky Fong est coordonnatrice de la Reconnaissance des membres et Sara Mercier, coordonnatrice des nouveaux membres.<\/p>\n<p>Un poste reste \u00e0 combler \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif de la sous-section, celui de vice-pr\u00e9sident TVO. Un poste de repr\u00e9sentant a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 pour TFO de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 ce qu\u2019au moins deux membres, incluant le vice-pr\u00e9sident TFO, soient repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif. David Baeta de l\u2019\u00e9mission Volt assumera cette nouvelle fonction.<\/p>\n<p><b>Repr\u00e9sentation des membres<\/b><br \/>\nVotre ex\u00e9cutif a beaucoup travaill\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e pour repr\u00e9senter les int\u00e9r\u00eats de membres et de groupes de membres. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 votre appui, la Guilde a r\u00e9solu plusieurs diff\u00e9rends; nous avons aid\u00e9 des membres avec des probl\u00e8mes reli\u00e9s \u00e0 la formation; nous avons r\u00e9gl\u00e9 des questions de  salaire; nous avons r\u00e9gl\u00e9 des probl\u00e8mes ponctuels et trouv\u00e9 des solutions innovatrices \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes courants; et nous avons milit\u00e9, au nom de tous les employ\u00e9s, pour un meilleur appui pour la cause de la radiodiffusion publique en Ontario et au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi nos nombreuses t\u00e2ches, nous aimons reconna\u00eetre les membres qui, en sus de leur d\u00e9vouement envers le travail, r\u00e9ussissent dans leur vie familiale. Nous tenons \u00e0 f\u00e9liciter Keith Robinson, Drew Mullin, Erica Balch, Meredith Martin et Albert Wisco \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de la naissance de leurs enfants.<\/p>\n<p><b>Griefs<\/b><br \/>\nUn grief de longue date a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9gl\u00e9; un autre est au stade de l&rsquo;arbitrage. Un troisi\u00e8me grief, au sujet de l&rsquo;\u00e9tendue de la juridiction de la Guilde, a \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><b>R\u00e8glement interne:<\/b><br \/>\nNotre sous-section a \u00e9tabli une pratique de fournir un petit cadeau aux nouveaux parents. Pour diverses raisons nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de revisiter la politique. D\u00e9sormais:<\/p>\n<p>La sous-section TVO-TFO de la Guilde reconna\u00eetra les membres qui deviennent parents pour la premi\u00e8re fois en offrant un certificat-cadeau d&rsquo;une valeur de 100 $, ou une contribution de 100 $ \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime enregistr\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne-\u00e9tudes, au moment de la naissance du ou des premier(s) enfant(s). Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un geste pour reconna\u00eetre cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement marquant dans la vie d&rsquo;un membre. Ce cadeau sera d\u00e9cern\u00e9 une seule fois au membre, peu importe le nombre d&rsquo;enfants.<\/p>\n<p>Condol\u00e9ances: Le syndicat maintiendra sa pratique d&rsquo;offrir un cadeau de condol\u00e9ances aux membres qui perdent un membre de leur famille imm\u00e9diate.<\/p>\n<p>Dons charitables: Le syndicat maintiendra sa politique de donner 500 $ \u00e0 la banque alimentaire Daily Bread chaque ann\u00e9e aux F\u00eates.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9veloppement professionnel: Le syndicat continuera \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer les demandes d&rsquo;aide financi\u00e8re pour le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel des membres. Toute somme attribu\u00e9e par le syndicat s&rsquo;ajoutera \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide financi\u00e8re offerte par l&#8217;employeur. La contribution du syndicat aidera \u00e0 d\u00e9frayer les co\u00fbts encourus par le membre pour l&rsquo;inscription, le voyage ou autres d\u00e9penses reli\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 en question. Un membre ne peut pas recevoir une telle subvention dans deux ann\u00e9es cons\u00e9cutives.<\/p>\n<p>Affaires r\u00e9glementaires : Le comit\u00e9 national de la Guilde sur les affaires r\u00e9glementaires a organis\u00e9 un appel-conf\u00e9rence pour un \u00e9change d&rsquo;id\u00e9es au sujet de nouvelles initiatives de programmation \u00e0 TVO. Cette discussion a servi de tremplin pour le t\u00e9moignage de la Guilde devant le comit\u00e9 permanent du gouvernement ontarien sur les agences gouvernementales et les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de la Couronne. Le syndicat continuera \u00e0 faire du lobbying pour de nouvelles initiatives pour TVO et de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s de travail pour les membres de la Guilde \u00e0 TVO.<\/p>\n<p><b>Finances<\/b><br \/>\nNotre sous-section re\u00e7oit un pourcentage des cotisations des membres pour financer ses activit\u00e9s. Chaque ann\u00e9e nous recevons pr\u00e8s de trois mille dollars. Dans le cas d&rsquo;initiatives sp\u00e9ciales nous pouvons demander un financement exceptionnel. Au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e civile 2009 notre compte en banque est en bonne sant\u00e9 avec un solde de mille dollars environ.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c0 venir<\/b><br \/>\n?\tL&rsquo;ex\u00e9cutif participera \u00e0 un s\u00e9minaire sur les r\u00e9gimes de pension au Nouvel An<br \/>\n?\tLe comit\u00e9 conjoint se penche sur le processus de Gestion du rendement, et nous nous mettrons \u00e9galement \u00e0 \u00e9tudier les descriptions de t\u00e2ches<br \/>\n?\tDu c\u00f4t\u00e9 de TFO, les membres pourront participer au programme d&rsquo;achat de cr\u00e9dits de cong\u00e9 (PACC) pour l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2009<br \/>\n?\tNous voudrons \u00e9tablir une pr\u00e9sence de la Guilde \u00e0 un comit\u00e9 mixte sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>Votre conseil
