Il s\u2019agit ici de propositions seulement; rien n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les propositions de La Presse Canadienne\u00a0:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Une r\u00e9duction de 10% de tous les salaires de base \u2013 OU \u2013 pas de r\u00e9duction de salaire mais une r\u00e9duction d\u2019effectifs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Un nouveau taux salarial, encore plus bas, pour les employ\u00e9s futurs du Groupe 3 (Reporter\/R\u00e9dacteur\/Photographe); l\u2019\u00e9chelle salariale serait de 40 782$ \u00e0 64 090$<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/2012\/02\/06\/les-details-au-sujet-des-propositions-de-la-guilde-et-de-la-direction-de-la-pc\/in-halifax-on-monday-feb-6-2012-the-canadian-pressandrew-vaughan\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19761\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-19761\" title=\"Les membres \u00e0 Halifax disent &quot;Non, merci&quot;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/02\/CPuhnophotoHalifax-480x362.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"480\" height=\"362\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Partage de la plupart des primes d\u2019assurance \u00e0 raison de 65% par l\u2019employeur et 35% par l\u2019employ\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019\u00e9limination des primes de quart pour le travail de soir, de nuit et de fin de semaine, des primes d\u2019avancement temporaire, et de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration double pour les employ\u00e9s des TI.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cong\u00e9 de maladie\u00a0: les employ\u00e9s recevraient 70% de leur salaire de base jusqu\u2019\u00e0 concurrence de six mois<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e\u00a0: les employ\u00e9s paieraient 100% des primes (environ 90$ par mois)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel et temporaires n\u2019auraient pas acc\u00e8s aux avantages sociaux<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pension\u00a0: annulation du plan de remboursement des contributions au r\u00e9gime de pension (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que la compagnie ne rembourserait pas les millions de dollars que les employ\u00e9s lui ont pr\u00eat\u00e9s), l\u2019\u00e9limination du r\u00e9gime de participation aux b\u00e9n\u00e9fices et des changements importants aux dispositions traitant de la retraite anticip\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p><strong>Et les mises \u00e0 pied ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La compagnie a menac\u00e9 des mises \u00e0 pied si nous n\u2019acceptons pas des concessions importantes de salaire, afin de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre. Une r\u00e9duction d\u2019effectifs serait irresponsable et nuirait \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des produits de la PC. La compagnie a toutefois le pouvoir unilat\u00e9ral de d\u00e9cider de la taille de l\u2019effectif. Accepter des concessions de salaire maintenant ne constitue pas une garantie qu\u2019il n\u2019y aura pas de coupures de postes maintenant ou \u00e0 l\u2019avenir; par contre, accepter des concessions assurerait que la direction n\u2019h\u00e9siterait pas \u00e0 en exiger encore plus \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la Guilde, qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019on propose?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Une augmentation de salaire raisonnable &#8211; nous n\u2019avons pas donn\u00e9 de chiffre pr\u00e9cis<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Partage des primes pour la plupart des avantages sociaux \u00e0 75%\/25%; nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 examiner les diff\u00e9rents r\u00e9gimes afin de trouver des \u00e9conomies pour la compagnie et pour les employ\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Les primes de quart existent pour une raison &#8211; notamment pour compenser en quelque sorte les salaires de base qui sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 bas &#8211; mais nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 discuter des modalit\u00e9s d\u2019application de ces primes<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Cong\u00e9s de maladie &#8211; une r\u00e9duction \u00e9chelonn\u00e9e du salaire sur une p\u00e9riode de six mois, de 100 pour cent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 70 pour cent, apr\u00e8s quoi le r\u00e9gime d\u2019invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e s\u2019applique<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel &#8211; aucun changement en ce qui concerne l\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 aux avantages sociaux, et un engagement de l\u2019employeur d\u2019offrir un nombre garanti d\u2019heures chaque semaine \u00e0 chaque employ\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Employ\u00e9s temporaires &#8211; Un pourcentage en sus du salaire de base en lieu et place des avantages sociaux<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Pensions &#8211; nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 discuter de modalit\u00e9s pour aider la compagnie \u00e0 rembourser les sommes dues aux employ\u00e9s &#8211; tout en reconnaissant le principe que les employ\u00e9s tiennent \u00e0 recevoir leur argent, avec les int\u00e9r\u00eats<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019affichage de tous les postes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du pays.<\/p>\n<p>La Presse Canadienne estime qu\u2019il faut trouver des \u00e9conomies de l\u2019ordre de plusieurs millions de dollars pour aider l\u2019entreprise \u00e0 devenir rentable. M\u00eame si on accepte cet argument &#8211; et cela d\u00e9pend de l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation qu\u2019on fait du livre de comptes &#8211; nous ne sommes absolument pas d\u2019accord que la Guilde doit assumer une part si importante, tandis que les propri\u00e9taires de la compagnie ne font rien.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9duire nos salaires et \u00e9liminer tous les avantages qui d\u00e9coulent de la convention collective ne fait rien pour avancer nos int\u00e9r\u00eats.
