La chose est toujours vraie et prend tout son sens lorsqu\u2019il est question de logistique familiale, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse ou non des enfants.<\/p>\n<p>Les valeurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ont \u00e9volu\u00e9 avec le temps et le patronat est plus sensible qu&rsquo;autrefois en ce qui a trait aux d\u00e9fis d&rsquo;ordre familial chez leurs employ\u00e9s. Avec une progression du nombre des naissances depuis 2003 et avec la pr\u00e9sence des deux conjoints sur le march\u00e9 du travail &#8211;\u00a0 une tendance \u00e9tablie qui n&rsquo;est plus une exception &#8211; les employeurs sont de plus en plus flexibles \u00e0 l\u2019accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019est plus rare d\u2019assister \u00e0 des cong\u00e9s maladie pour des raison de garde d\u2019enfants malades, de rel\u00e2che scolaire ou de voir se n\u00e9gocier des ententes pour arriver \u00e0 temps au service de garde.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le magazine <em>Trente<\/em> publi\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2012, Rima Elkouri, chroniqueuse \u00e0 <em>La Presse<\/em>, est claire \u00ab Que l\u2019on ait des enfants ou pas, une heure de tomb\u00e9e est une heure de tomb\u00e9e. Le meilleur <em>deadline<\/em> pour moi reste celui qu\u2019impose la garderie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutons \u00e9galement que les charges familiales ne sont pas que le propre des femmes. Plusieurs coll\u00e8gues masculins d\u00e9posent des demandes pour profiter d\u2019une certaine flexibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pas que les enfants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On aurait tord de penser que la conciliation travail-famille ne vise que les enfants. Avec une population vieillissante, s\u2019occuper d\u2019un proche malade ou en fin de vie sera de plus en plus fr\u00e9quent. L\u00e0 encore, des m\u00e9canismes existent. Ils sont d\u2019ailleurs mentionn\u00e9s dans la plupart des conventions collectives. \u00c0 La Presse Canadienne, on peut les retrouver dans la secteur \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"www.cmg.ca\/CPcollectiveagreement10-11FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Politique en mati\u00e8re de cong\u00e9s pour obligations familiales<\/a> \u00bb o\u00f9 on d\u00e9taille options en cas d\u2019urgence ou \u00ab\u00a0besoins de compassion\u00a0\u00bb (compassionate needs).<\/p>\n<p>Ces mesures sont disponibles pour all\u00e9ger la charge de travail en vertu d\u2019un \u00ab\u00a0pacte\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 dur\u00e9e variable. Un employ\u00e9 peu demander un sans solde, ou une diminution de son temps de travail (de 5 \u00e0 3 jours par exemple), sans risquer de perdre son poste, son anciennet\u00e9 ou ses avantages sociaux, le temps que devra durer l\u2019accompagnement.<\/p>\n<p>La conciliation n\u2019est toutefois possible que si elle est demand\u00e9e.
