La date limite du 13 novembre est pass\u00e9e, et la compagnie ne nous a toujours pas indiqu\u00e9 quand ou si elle compte nous donner une r\u00e9ponse pr\u00e9cise. La Guilde pr\u00e9pare un grief \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n<p>Rappel des circonstances\u00a0: le m\u00e9moire d\u2019entente sign\u00e9 par la Guilde et la PC plus t\u00f4t cette ann\u00e9e \u00e9laborait un processus envisageant un examen de la situation des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 temps partiel qui travaillent \u00e0 plein temps &#8211; soit plus de 28 heures par semaine selon la convention collective. Un certain nombre de ces employ\u00e9s travaillent \u00e0 la PC depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, et m\u00eame si certains pr\u00e9f\u00e9reront peut-\u00eatre garder leur statut d\u2019employ\u00e9 \u00e0 temps partiel, il faudrait quand m\u00eame leur offrir la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un travail \u00e0 plein temps en vue d\u2019une plus grande stabilit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Vers la fin juin, la Guilde a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une liste de postes \u00e0 convertir. Depuis, nous attendons des r\u00e9ponses de la part de la compagnie. Le d\u00e9part de Jim Jennings et Neil Campbell, et l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Malcolm Kirk ont retard\u00e9 les choses quelque peu, mais lors d\u2019une rencontre \u00e0 la fin du mois d\u2019octobre la compagnie s\u2019est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 donner sa r\u00e9ponse avant le 13 novembre.
