Nous avons demand\u00e9 \u00e0 CBC et avons \u00e9t\u00e9 assur\u00e9s que les membres qui prennent part au processus seront prot\u00e9g\u00e9s et n\u2019auront pas \u00e0 craindre pour leur vie priv\u00e9e et leur emploi. Nous avons \u00e9galement obtenu l\u2019assurance que ce processus sera enti\u00e8rement volontaire et confidentiel.<\/p>\n<p>Le syndicat demande \u00e0 CBC de traiter toute plainte d\u00e9coulant de ce processus avec le plus grand soin et le plus grand respect, et en conformit\u00e9 avec la Convention collective. Par ailleurs, nous avons encore des questions sans r\u00e9ponses quant \u00e0 la port\u00e9e de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, comment diverses plaintes qui peuvent survenir seront trait\u00e9es, et si l\u2019enqu\u00eate abordera les efforts visant \u00e0 changer la culture et \u00e0 encourager le signalement plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p>Comme vous savez, la Guilde a une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmg.ca\/fr\/droit-et-ressources\/politiques\/conflits-entre-membres\/\">politique de tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro en ce qui a trait \u00e0 l\u2019intimidation et au harc\u00e8lement<\/a>\u00a0ainsi que des protocoles sur la mani\u00e8re de r\u00e9gler les plaintes. Malheureusement, nous sommes conscients que ces processus sont parfois insuffisants et peuvent \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9s. Nous avons besoin de votre aide pour faire de nos lieux de travail des milieux s\u00e9curitaires et sans harc\u00e8lement.
