Il s\u2019est joint au personnel de la Guilde \u00e0 titre de conseiller syndical dans les ann\u00e9es 1990 lors de la fusion du SCFP avec la Guilde. Fid\u00e8le d\u00e9fenseur des droits des travailleurs, Glenn a \u00e9t\u00e9 parmi les premiers \u00e0 appuyer l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 et \u00e0 promouvoir le respect au travail, ce qui lui a valu sa r\u00e9putation de conseiller d\u00e9vou\u00e9, consciencieux et \u00e9loquent. Au cours des ann\u00e9es, nous avons pu compter sur ses connaissances sur les plans juridiques et d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation lors de la n\u00e9gociation de plusieurs clauses progressistes dans la convention collective de CBC\/Radio-Canada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9vouement de Glenn au cours des ann\u00e9es ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 nous amener vers une forme de n\u00e9gociation innovatrice \u2013 Il \u00e9tait un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de son succ\u00e8s. Exigeant quand il fallait l\u2019\u00eatre, mais toujours attentif, Glenn ne perdait jamais de vue le v\u00e9ritable objectif\u00a0: Servir les membres le mieux possible, souligne Marc-Philippe Laurin, pr\u00e9sident de la Guilde \u00e0 CBC\/Radio-Canada . Au nom des membres de la Guilde \u00e0 CBC\/Radio-Canada, et surtout ceux qu\u2019il a aid\u00e9s pendant durant ses ann\u00e9es de service, je souhaite \u00e0 Glenn une excellente retraite bien m\u00e9rit\u00e9e.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Glenn est respect\u00e9 par ses \u00a0coll\u00e8gues et ses pairs; il laisse \u00e0 la Guilde un legs d\u2019excellent travail et de bon service. Il va nous manquer.
